We process your contact data, business data and data relevant to the handling of processes
for the purpose of initiating and executing contracts on the basis of Art.

Duration of storage and deletion of data
Your data will be stored for the duration of the contract; after the end of the contractual relationship, we are obliged to keep the tax-relevant documents for 10 years after the annual financial statement and the end of the calendar year. The data is then deleted. Data that is not subject to the statutory provisions on the retention period will be deleted once the purpose of the data processing no longer applies.
Your right to information, correction, deletion, objection and data portability
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we process about you.
In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then require evidence from you to prove that you are the person you claim to be.
Furthermore, you have a right to rectification or erasure or to restriction of processing, insofar as you are entitled to this by law.
