It is our primary goal to supply you with high-quality and flawless products. Nevertheless, complaints may occasionally arise that lead to a claim. In order to ensure the fastest possible processing of your case, we ask you to observe the following points since 01.01.2018:
Within 24 months after receipt of the goods

To do so, please fill out our warranty claim form and send it to quality@ci-gmbh.com. Sie erhalten anschließend von uns eine RMA-Nummer zur weiteren Bearbeitung. Sollten Sie uns defekte Ware zurückschicken, muss die Nummer groß und gut sichtbar von außen an der Rücksendung angebracht sein, damit sie unser Wareneingang sofort zuordnen kann. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Rücksendungen ohne RMA-Nummer nicht angenommen werden und zu Lasten des Versenders wieder zurück gehen.
Installation defects and non-compliance with environmental conditions
Our products are B2B products that require professional installation. The operating instructions provided for this purpose describe the on-site requirements and the installation criteria to be applied. The assumption of costs for the removal and installation of defectively declared goods that have already been carried out therefore requires a detailed examination.
We require sufficiently documented reports including necessary further descriptions (drawings, photos). We reserve the right to carry out an assessment of the defect or the installation.
If it turns out that the repaired defect is not due to a factory defect, we reserve the right to further charge the repair costs incurred by CI GmbH or to reject the third-party repair costs charged to CI GmbH. Any administrative expenses incurred will be invoiced separately.
