Remote control and monitoring systems
XWEB PRO represents the further development of the highly successful XWEB EVO series (Dixell).
All XWEB PRO models have a newly developed, very powerful hardware. This not only enables fast navigation in the application, but also rapid creation of graphics and reports. The software of XWEB PRO has the same user-friendly interface as that of XWEB EVO, which will make the changeover very easy. WEB EVO backups can also be uploaded to XWEB PRO.
The newly designed web-based user interface offers numerous configuration options and requires no special software installation. It is designed to deliver both direct and indirect savings: direct through constant monitoring of your installation and active optimisation, indirect through alarms and remote maintenance.
The XWEB PRO family of units always offers the right model for all applications – from petrol stations to restaurants and bakeries to supermarkets with several hundred refrigeration points.
Wi-Fi connectivity and web user interface – suitable for all common end devices – whether remote or local.
The optionally available NANO WLAN adapter makes it possible to integrate XWEB PRO into the local network via WLAN. You can also create your own access point for access via mobile devices (smartphone, tablet or PC) without the need for additional network infrastructure.
Full access to the web interface possible – including graphics as well as HACCP reports. The web user interface is suitable for all common end devices – whether remote or local.
Several RS485 serial interfaces (up to 4 depending on the model) allow the construction of several fieldbus “sections”. This brings some advantages, such as faster and more stable communication or simpler construction of the fieldbus.
Allows significantly faster data acquisition
More stable communication when integrating controllers with different configurations (e.g. 9600 / 19200 baud)
Simpler bus wiring
Increased operational reliability → if one section fails, the others can still communicate without errors
A priority-based reporting policy and various communication channels are used to keep any malfunction reports under control at all times.
In accordance with the regulations in force (UNI EN 12830) , XWEB EVO provides all the necessary functions to guarantee product quality.
Energy and cost savings
In addition to indirect energy savings through
monitoring, there is also the possibility of actively intervening in the control of the system as a higher-level control system.
Shorter reaction times
Better quality compliance through shorter response time in case of deviation from expected conditions.
Data recording and Alarm Management
The XWEB300D PRO is suitable for small installations with up to 6 or 18 metering points, such as petrol stations, retail and small businesses. Despite the smaller number of connectable metering points, the connectivity options are comparable to those of the larger versions.
Data recording and Alarm Management
The XWEB500D PRO is suitable for medium and medium-sized systems with up to 36, 50 or 100 measuring points and thus covers the majority of common refrigeration and air conditioning applications. The product is not only available on a top-hat rail, but also as a wall-mounted device under the designation XWEB EVO with integrated display.
Data recording and Alarm Management also for CO2 systems
The XWEB1000D model is equipped with 3 RJ45 ports (2 x Ethernet + 1 x switch). This allows simultaneous access from multiple networks, reducing complexity and IT costs. This feature allows XWEB to be integrated into the network and a touch screen to be connected via LAN at the same time.
Data recording and alarm management of large-scale applications with higher-level control also CO2 applications
Due to its programmable control logic, the XWEB5000 EVO can be seen as a hybrid between a normal monitoring system (passive) and a PLC with distributed inputs and outputs (active).
A typical application example of such function can be the automation of lighting
and the switching off of certain loads depending on the date and time, thus achieving additional energy savings.
